Our hand-shaped croissants are carefully made with king arthur artisan bread flour, sugar, butter, salt, and yeast.
The three day process starts with the mixing of the dough to hand shaping each and every croissant. Our croissants are inspired by American and European traditions.

Our vanilla scones are carefully hand mixed with the best & fresh ingredients. After baked they are topped with a sweet vanilla icing
Our mixing technique makes our muffins soft & moist in every bite. They are delicious when eaten on your ride home from the bakery to eating them next day (bakers note: two day old muffins are perfect when toasted with some butter & jam)
