Roasted Corn Muffins

Our new seasonal treat is our corn muffin. We use fresh local corn, roast the kernels and infuse the milk by warming it with the cob, before adding the kernels and the milk to the batter. You will seeing them at the farmers' markets and at the Cafe.
Tuesday - See Jake at the Fish Church Farmers Market in Stamford from 10 to 2.
Wednesday - Dani will be at High Ridge Road in Stamford from 10 until the storm.
We are not sure about the Old Greenwich Farmers' Market 3 to 6 because of the storm.
