Couronnes make wonderful
sandwiches for holidays and
the Super Bowl. Just
split them horizontally
and fill with your favorite
meats and cheeses. The
Couronne can then be cut
in wedges or presented as
a wreath.
"Epi" means sheaf of wheat. They can be used to decorate the table. Epis come in 10-ounce and 20-ounce sizes. They are ideal for breaking into rolls.
